Processing after authorization

We begin preparing an authorized purchase and ordinarily finish that work within 1–2 business days. Carrier transit is measured separately.

From dispatch, the expected carrier journey is 4–6 business days. This estimate excludes weekends and relevant holidays and is not a guaranteed arrival appointment.

Delivery selection and address review

The checkout shows delivery choices and costs in CAD. Customers should verify the complete destination before ordering, and tracking is shared when supplied by the carrier.

Reporting a shipment problem
